Robert Bichoupan is the founding member and president of Robert Bichoupan, P.C., a law firm based in Great Neck, New York. Established in 1994, the firm specializes in real estate law and trusts and estates, serving clients across Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as the New York City area. A 1991 graduate of Boston University School of Law, Robert earned his Juris Doctor after completing his Bachelor of Science at Cornell University in 1988.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992 and is also licensed to practice in Connecticut, though his Connecticut license is currently inactive. At Robert Bichoupan, P.C., Robert's practice focuses on real estate law and trusts and estates. The firm offers a range of services, including real estate transactions, landlord-tenant matters, and estate planning.
Additionally, Robert serves as a 1031 Qualified Intermediary, facilitating like-kind exchanges for clients — In 2024, Robert was involved in the case of Schmuelian v.
