Robert Arthur Bernheimer is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Bernheimer is the founder and principal attorney at his own law firm, with offices located in Cathedral City, California. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas in Southern California.
Mr. Bernheimer earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in 1994. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. During his time at McGeorge School of Law, he was recognized for his academic excellence and graduated with honors.
Mr. Bernheimer concentrates his practice in the areas of administrative law, business law, municipal law, and real estate law. He represents individuals, businesses, and government entities in matters involving regulatory compliance, corporate governance, land use, zoning, and property transactions. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, negotiations, administrative hearings, and litigation in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bernheimer has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a mid-size litigation firm in Palm Springs for five years.
Mr. Bernheimer is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Riverside County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. He is also involved in local community organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for several non-profit groups in the Coachella Valley.
