About Robert A.
Robert A. Morrin built his legal path in Kentucky classrooms and courtrooms. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2008 and completed his Juris Doctor at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, in 2011. Those years set up a steady return to practice in the state he calls home.
He launched Morrin Law Office in 2011 and has served as its principal since. Starting a solo practice soon after finishing law school meant handling a broad range of tasks. Morrin learned case work, client intake, and courtroom procedure on the job. Over time he refined how he manages cases and communicates with clients.
Morrin maintains memberships in several statewide and local bar groups. He has been part of the Madison County Bar Association since 2011. He also joined the Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Kentucky Justice Association in 2014. Locally, he is a member of the Fayette County Bar Association. Those affiliations reflect regular involvement in the legal community and an interest in both trial practice and criminal defense circles.
Practicing in Kentucky courts has defined much of Morrin’s work. He represents individuals and handles matters that arise in state court. His experience as a solo principal means he handles both litigation and the everyday demands of running a law office. Colleagues and clients see him as a practical operator who values clear explanations about legal process and likely outcomes.
Morrin balances court appearances with the administrative side of a small firm. He oversees case strategy, files pleadings, and attends hearings. Running his own office has required steady attention to deadlines, client communication, and procedural rules. It has also built a routine of hands-on case management that he continues to apply.
Outside of court, Morrin’s bar memberships suggest ongoing engagement with professional development and local legal networks. He has kept active in those organizations for years, attending events and staying connected to changes in statutes and procedure that affect practice in Kentucky.
He continues to operate Morrin Law Office in Kentucky and focuses his current practice on representing clients in state courts across the Commonwealth.
