About Richard P. Console

Richard P. Console Jr. began his academic journey at the University of Notre Dame and completed his legal training at Rutgers University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. His education combined a broad undergraduate foundation with formal legal study, preparing him for practice across multiple state jurisdictions.

Early in his career he gained admission to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. In 1994 he founded Console and Associates P.C., establishing a practice that has operated for decades. As founder, he set the course for the firm’s development and oversaw its expansion to serve clients through multiple offices.

Over the years Console has maintained active memberships in several professional organizations. He is affiliated with the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, and he holds membership in the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. The firm is also accredited with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Those connections reflect ongoing engagement with the legal community and with national organizations that address developments in practice and procedure.

Console’s work as a practicing attorney has been shaped by steady practice and firm management rather than by public-facing academic posts or widely publicized landmark cases. He has navigated the practical, day-to-day demands of running a law firm while representing clients within the states where he is licensed. Over time he has balanced casework, client counseling and the operational responsibilities that come with heading a multi-office practice.

Colleagues and clients who have worked with him describe a lawyer who handles procedural and substantive matters in court and in negotiation. He attends to case preparation, filings and hearings, and oversees others in the firm who assist on those tasks. His practice has involved coordination across state lines, reflecting the tri-state admissions that permit representation in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Console continues to lead Console and Associates P.C. and to participate in bar association activities. He remains a practicing attorney admitted in three states and retains the firm’s BBB A+ accreditation. He concentrates his practice on representing clients in matters across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
