About Richard L.

Richard L. Pullano earned his law degree from DePaul College of Law in 1982. He entered practice at a time when courtroom experience still shaped many careers. That classroom training in Chicago set the groundwork for a long career in civil litigation.

Pullano built his practice around injury law. He established Pullano Law Offices and has handled a range of personal injury matters over the years. He represents clients in state courts across Illinois. His work has involved negotiating settlements as well as taking cases to jury trial when necessary.

Alongside his practice, Pullano has been active in legal organizations. He served as president of the North Suburban Bar Association for the 2017–2018 term. He holds memberships in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Justinian Society of Lawyers. Those roles have kept him involved in continuing legal education and local bar affairs.

Colleagues describe Pullano as methodical in preparing cases and straightforward at the courthouse. He spends time developing factual records, deposing witnesses, and drafting motions. He also works directly with clients to explain options and the likely course of litigation. That blend of office work and court time has become a recurring theme in his practice.

Over the decades his practice has adjusted to changing medical, technological, and legal landscapes. Medical records, expert testimony, and accident reconstruction now play larger roles than they once did. Pullano has adapted his files and trial presentations to reflect those developments. He continues to focus on securing practical outcomes for people injured in accidents.

Outside of cases, his leadership at the North Suburban Bar Association included programming and member outreach. He has participated in seminars and panel discussions through his bar memberships. Those activities have kept him connected to shifts in civil trial practice in Illinois.

Today Pullano practices under the Pullano Law Offices name. He concentrates on personal injury representation for clients in Illinois courts and remains active in local and state trial lawyer organizations.
