Richard Alyn Schurr is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in Florida, Colorado, and California. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997, the Colorado Bar in 1996, and the California Bar in 1996. His license status is active in all three jurisdictions. Mr. Schurr earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Whittier Law School in 1994, where he was a member of The Whittier Law Review and Honor Board. He then obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 1995. Prior to his legal education, he completed his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration with a concentration in personal financial planning from California State University, Fullerton, in 1991.
