Richard Alyn Schurr is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in Florida, Colorado, and California. Mr. Schurr earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Whittier Law School in 1994, where he was a member of The Whittier Law Review and Honor Board. Prior to his legal education, he completed his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration with a concentration in personal financial planning from California State University, Fullerton, in 1991.
