About Reza

Reza Breakstone studied at the University of Michigan, where he earned an A.B. in 2002. He went on to receive his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2008. Those years shaped his legal training and prepared him for work in both state and federal courts.

After law school, Breakstone joined Breakstone, White & Gluck as an associate. He practices in Massachusetts and is admitted to appear in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. His role at the firm places him in the routine of litigation and court proceedings, representing clients in matters that proceed through discovery, motion practice and hearings.

Breakstone maintains active membership in a number of professional organizations. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Since 2015 he has also been listed with the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers. Those affiliations align him with peers who practice civil litigation and trial work.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation. He spends significant time on factual development and briefing. He participates in evidentiary hearings and collaborates with other lawyers at his firm on strategy and witness preparation. The work requires steady attention to deadlines and procedural rules, and his practice reflects that day-to-day discipline.

Beyond the courtroom, Breakstone contributes to the attorney community through association memberships and by engaging in firm-based case work. He remains based in Massachusetts and regularly appears in state courts across the commonwealth. He also handles matters that proceed to the federal district court in Boston when the case calls for it.

He is an associate at Breakstone, White & Gluck. His current practice focuses on litigation in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
