About Rey
Rey Padron took a measured path into the law. He completed undergraduate study at Florida International University, earning a B.B.A., then went on to receive his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law. The academic record set a clear trajectory: a move from business fundamentals into legal practice.
He began practicing in Florida after law school. In 2018 he joined Naderpour & Associates, P.A. as an associate. There he handled client files and learned the rhythms of firm life. The experience gave him routine exposure to case preparation, client counseling and courtroom procedures.
A year later he opened his own firm. In 2019 he formed Rey Padron, PLLC and took on the responsibilities of running a small practice. That step shifted him from employee to principal. It also required managing both legal work and the administrative side of a law office.
Padron’s work experience is rooted in Florida law. He maintains active practice in the state and appears in matters governed by Florida’s rules and procedures. Over time he has built practical experience handling the daily demands of client representation, from drafting pleadings to attending hearings. Colleagues describe him as methodical in approaching casework and attentive to procedural detail.
Outside the office he keeps current with professional organizations. He holds membership in at least one legal association and participates in activities that help him stay informed about developments affecting practice in Florida. Those affiliations supplement the workload of a small firm, offering access to peer networks and continuing legal education.
Padron’s practice reflects the arc of a lawyer who moved quickly from a staff role in a mid-sized firm to operating his own office. That progression required both courtroom practice and the business tasks that come with firm leadership. His clients see a hands-on approach: the attorney who manages files from intake through resolution and who coordinates third-party service providers when cases demand it.
He maintains an office through Rey Padron, PLLC and continues to serve clients in Florida. He practices law in Florida through his firm, Rey Padron, PLLC.
