Reginald Regan Hindley is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1984. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Hindley is the principal attorney at Hindley Law Office, a law firm located at 718 Orchard Street, Santa Rosa, California. He has been practicing law for over 41 years, serving clients throughout the Santa Rosa area and the broader Northern California region.
Mr. Hindley earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1983. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980. During his time at Pepperdine, he gained a solid foundation in legal principles, preparing him for a diverse legal career.
Mr. Hindley concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate law, and probate. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, real estate transactions, and probate administration. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Santa Rosa for several years.
Mr. Hindley is an active member of the Sonoma County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). He is also a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Hindley is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Northern California effectively.
