About Leslie Raymond
Leslie Raymond Perry is a founding partner at Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz LLP in Santa Rosa, California. He has been practicing law in Sonoma County since 1975, focusing on land use, real estate, and business law. His experience includes representing clients before various administrative and planning agencies, such as the County of Sonoma and the City of Santa Rosa. He also handles general real estate, environmental, and contractual litigation, with significant expertise in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance and litigation. Mr. Perry earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, Davis, in 1971. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the UC Davis School of Law (King Hall) in 1974. He is admitted to practice in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to his legal practice, he has served as an arbitrator and mediator for various courts and organizations, including the Sonoma, Marin, and Napa County superior courts since 1979.
