About Rebecca

Rebecca Grosser earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1997. She completed her legal education at a time when the state’s legal community was expanding and the practice areas she would later pursue were evolving. The degree placed her among a generation of Missouri lawyers who entered practice as courts and clients faced new procedural and regulatory challenges.

After law school, Grosser began building a practice rooted in courtroom work and client counseling. Over the years she added federal admissions to her credentials and expanded the geographic reach of her practice. She is admitted to the bar in Missouri and is authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Those admissions have allowed her to handle matters that cross state lines and to operate in both state and federal forums.

Her career has included representation in civil litigation across a range of matters. She has handled litigation at various stages, from pretrial motions through trial preparation. She is also experienced in client-facing aspects of practice: counseling, negotiation, and procedural strategy. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She prepares cases with an eye toward what will matter most in court.

Grosser maintains active professional memberships and participates in the local legal community. She has built relationships with other attorneys and court personnel over a multidecade career. That network has informed her practice and kept her current with changes in court procedure, statutory developments, and case law in Missouri and nearby federal districts.

She practices from Grosser Law, LLC. At the firm she manages case intake and supervises litigation strategy. The office handles matters for individuals and small businesses, and Grosser is involved in both the legal and administrative sides of running a small firm. Her work requires balancing client priorities with court schedules and procedural deadlines.

Clients and peers find her work practical and focused on tangible outcomes. She favors clear legal writing and direct communication in court filings and client conversations. She is comfortable in state court and in the federal district courts where she holds admission. In 2026 she continues to practice through Grosser Law, LLC, where she handles civil litigation and related legal matters in Missouri and the federal districts to which she is admitted.
