Rebecca A.E. Fewkes is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2000. Throughout her career, Ms. Fewkes has handled cases in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has also appeared before various state courts in California. Prior to joining Fenwick & West, she served as a senior articles editor for the UC Law SF Journal and as a research assistant to Dean Mary Kay Kane, assisting in revising the Federal Practice and Procedure treatise.

Ms. Fewkes is an active member of the State Bar of California. She is also involved in pro bono work, representing nonprofits in contract disputes, working for election protection, and assisting applicants in DACA, naturalization, and citizenship proceedings. She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
