About Rasha
Rasha Zeyadeh earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017 after completing undergraduate studies in political science at Texas State University in 2014. She moved quickly from classroom to courtroom, building a practical resume during law school that included work in public defender and clinical settings. Those early experiences shaped the way she approaches litigation today.
Her legal training began in Dallas. In 2013 she worked as a legal assistant at Olson Nicoud & Gueck LLP and then served as a legal intern in the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office in 2014. The following year she returned to Olson Nicoud & Gueck in a clerkship role and also spent time interning in the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office. In 2016 she joined the Texas Tech Criminal Defense Clinic as a student public defender and took a summer associate position at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC.
After passing the bar, she took a trial lawyer position at Rob Wiley, PC in 2017. That role placed her in the thick of courtroom work early in her career. She handled a range of litigation tasks and learned the practical demands of trial practice. In 2022 she became an associate at Hartline Barger, LLP, where she continues to handle contested matters and represent clients in court and administrative proceedings.
Zeyadeh is admitted to practice in Texas and in all Texas federal courts. She is a member of several professional groups in the region, including the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She also belongs to the Texas Employment Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Those memberships reflect steady involvement in the local legal community and in employment law circles.
Her work history shows steady progression through both public sector and private firm environments. Early defense-side clinic work gave her courtroom exposure and client contact. Time in government offices provided insight into prosecutorial and public defense systems. Private practice positions sharpened advocacy skills and exposed her to civil litigation strategy and case management.
Colleagues describe her as practical and thorough in preparing for hearings and trials. She handles discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, and she represents clients in both state and federal proceedings. She is based in Dallas and practices at Hartline Barger, LLP. Her current practice concentrates on employment and civil litigation matters.
