About Raphael Igwens
Raphael Igwens Nwokike earned his law degree from the University of Nigeria in 1988. He later studied public administration at DeVry University, completing that program in 2006. Nwokike was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1993.
