Randy Narkir completed his undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University in 2009 and earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2013. Those years set the framework for a legal career rooted in Florida courts and state practice. After law school, Narkir entered private practice. In 2015 he joined the Law Offices of Mitchell A. Horwich, P.A., where he worked alongside established practitioners.
