About Randy
Randy Narkir completed his undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University in 2009 and earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2013. Those years set the framework for a legal career rooted in Florida courts and state practice. He moved from the classroom into practice at a time when the local legal market was asking for adaptable, practical counsel.
After law school, Narkir entered private practice. In 2015 he joined the Law Offices of Mitchell A. Horwich, P.A., where he worked alongside established practitioners. That period provided on-the-job experience in a firm setting and exposure to the day-to-day demands of client representation and case preparation. Colleagues from that time describe him as methodical and steady in managing files and court deadlines.
Narkir maintains active membership in professional legal associations. He holds current membership status in at least one bar-related organization, which keeps him connected to developments in state law and to fellow practitioners. Participation in those groups has informed his approach to continuing legal education and professional standards.
Over the course of his career he has balanced courtroom work with counsel and advisory tasks. He has experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing cases for hearing. Those responsibilities required attention to procedural detail and a capacity to respond to evolving case facts. He has worked on matters that involve client interviews, negotiation, and court appearances, gaining practical familiarity with Florida procedures.
Outside the courtroom he has handled client communications and case strategy planning. He emphasizes clear explanations of process and realistic timelines when meeting clients. That orientation reflects a common practice rhythm among attorneys who move between litigation and transactional tasks in a regional practice environment.
Today Narkir practices in Florida. He continues to work in a private-practice context and remains active in professional circles that inform his work. He currently practices in Florida, representing clients in state matters and advising them on legal issues related to their cases.
