About Randy

Randy Grossman graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and went on to practice law in New Jersey. He built his legal foundation at that school, where coursework and clinics gave him hands-on experience with courtroom procedures and client work. The law center’s practical emphasis shaped his early approach to cases and client advocacy.

After law school Grossman began practicing in New Jersey, where he remains licensed. He has been associated with Rubenstein, Berliner & Shinrod, LLC, and his career has included representing clients in matters arising from workplace injuries and related disputes. Over time he developed a practice centered on the kinds of issues that commonly arise at job sites and in workplaces across the state.

Grossman holds the credential of Workers Compensation Law Lawyer from the New Jersey Supreme Court. That certification is reserved for attorneys who meet state standards for handling workers’ compensation matters. It signals that he has pursued specialized training and met the criteria the court established for that area of law.

He is active in professional and advocacy circles. Grossman serves on the executive board of the New Jersey Council on Occupational Safety and Health, where members take up workplace safety issues and policy questions. He is a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice (PAC) and belongs to the Hudson County Bar Association. These memberships indicate ongoing participation in the legal community and an engagement with matters that affect workers and workplace safety in the region.

Colleagues and clients see him in hearing rooms and settlement conferences. He handles claims that arise after accidents, illnesses, or other job-related injuries, and he represents clients before administrative tribunals and in negotiations. His practice involves interpreting medical reports, preparing testimony, and compiling evidence for hearings. He balances courtroom preparation with efforts to resolve cases when settlement is practical for the client.

Throughout his career Grossman has combined courtroom experience with involvement in organizations that address occupational safety. He remains based in New Jersey and is a member of Rubenstein, Berliner & Shinrod, LLC. His current practice concentrates on workers’ compensation and related workplace-injury matters.
