Mr. Sutter earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ventura College of Law, graduating in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Drake University, where he received his bachelor's degree. During his time at Ventura College of Law, he was recognized with the William J. Lasarow Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service to the Community.
Mr. Sutter concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, business law, and employment law. He represents individuals and small businesses in matters involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, debt restructuring, and asset protection strategies. Mr. Sutter is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Ventura County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Ventura County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Sutter is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Ventura County effectively.
