Rachelle Shakoori is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Shakoori is the founder and principal attorney at Shakoori Law Group, a law firm located in Newport Beach, California. She has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients throughout Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles, and Riverside County.

Ms. Shakoori earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1998. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 1994. During her time at Pepperdine, she was recognized for her academic excellence, graduating with honors.

Ms. Shakoori concentrates her practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, business law, and employment law. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, debt relief, business contracts, business formation, and employment disputes. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Shakoori has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, and the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside. She has also appeared before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at Fakhimi & Associates, where she gained experience in various areas of law, including bankruptcy and employment law.

Ms. Shakoori is an active member of the California State Bar Association. She is also a member of the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association (CDCBAA), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.
