About Rachael E Moore

Rachael E Moore Perry earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2007. She completed a curriculum that combined core doctrinal courses with practical skills training. Her time in law school included classroom study and opportunities to practice legal reasoning under supervision, solidifying the foundation she would take into private practice.

After graduating, Perry moved into private practice. Over the years she has worked inside a firm environment where the demands of client work and court schedules shape daily priorities. Colleagues describe her approach as steady and methodical. She is known for tackling assignments carefully and following cases through from intake to resolution.

Perry practices at Pioletti Pioletti & Nichols. At the firm she has managed a caseload that reflects the variety of legal matters that come through a regional practice. Her work has required attention to procedural detail and regular contact with clients. She handles filings, prepares pleadings and participates in hearings and client meetings. Her experience in litigation matters informs how she advises clients and prepares cases for different procedural stages.

She maintains current professional memberships and takes part in the routines of firm life: client counseling, discovery, motion practice and the occasional contested hearing. Within the office she collaborates with other attorneys and support staff to coordinate complex schedules and competing deadlines. That teamwork is a practical necessity in a practice where cases can change course quickly and new information can shift priorities.

Outside the office Perry has kept a steady focus on sharpening day-to-day practice skills. She follows developments in case law and procedural rules relevant to the matters she handles. Her professional activities reflect an interest in practical problem solving and in getting cases to the stage where clients can make informed decisions about settlement or continued litigation. Her current practice is based at Pioletti Pioletti & Nichols and centers on providing legal services to the firm’s clients.
