About Prabhu

Prabhu Narahari graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2016 after completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He entered the legal profession at a time of shifting practice demands and has built a career that spans state and federal forums. His academic background provided a foundation in legal writing and courtroom procedure through clinic work and classroom instruction.

Shortly after law school, Narahari became licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. He is also admitted in several federal districts, including the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the District of Colorado. Those admissions allow him to appear in both state and federal courts for matters that require federal jurisdiction or multi-district handling.

Early in his career he worked on matters that required coordination across jurisdictions. That experience exposed him to the procedural differences between state and federal practice and to the demands of litigating in varied venues. He has handled filings, drafted pleadings and motions, and appeared in court proceedings consistent with the admissions he holds. Colleagues describe him as methodical in courtroom preparation and direct in client communications.

Narahari practices at Kraemer, Manes, & Associates. At the firm he takes on matters that bring him before the federal courts where he is admitted, and he also manages cases in Pennsylvania state courts. His regular tasks include preparing briefs, responding to discovery, and representing clients at hearings. He balances courtroom appearances with case planning and client counseling, and he maintains attention to procedural detail in multi-jurisdictional matters.

Outside the courtroom, Narahari keeps up with developments in federal procedure and case law that affect the districts where he practices. He has maintained professional memberships since early in his career. He handles litigation matters that require both state-court and federal-court representation and continues to appear in the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the District of Colorado as part of his current practice focus.
