About Phil
Phil Revah completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, earning a B.A. in Philosophy in 2011. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015. Those years framed his early exposure to legal research and courtroom procedure and prepared him for work in both private practice and public-facing roles.
Revah began his legal career while still in law school, clerking in 2013 at Hall, Lamb and Hall, P.A. That experience gave him a first-hand look at client intake, case preparation, and the rhythms of a small firm. After passing the bar, he moved into practice roles in Florida. In 2016 he worked for EVICT FL and opened Revah Law, PLLC, gaining experience in day-to-day case management and client counseling.
By 2018 Revah had become a partner at Edelboim Lieberman Revah Oshinsky PLLC. In that capacity he shared responsibility for supervising litigation, coordinating with co-counsel, and shaping firm strategy. In 2024 he joined Revah Law Group as a partner, a return to the Revah name in a new firm structure. Across these roles he has handled filings, court appearances, and the administrative duties that come with running a practice.
Revah is licensed in multiple jurisdictions. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia. He also holds admission in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and before the D.C. Circuit. He maintains a Notary Public commission for the State of Florida. Those credentials allow him to represent clients in state and federal matters across different courts.
Colleagues describe him as someone who navigates both the courtroom and the office side of law practice, balancing client needs with case preparation. His career path shows steady movement from clerking and solo practice into firm partnership, and he has worked in environments that require both litigation familiarity and transactional comfort. He has been involved in managing caseloads and mentoring more junior lawyers, and he has overseen the logistical and procedural work that underpins courtroom advocacy.
Today he is a partner at Revah Law Group, where he handles matters arising in the jurisdictions to which he is admitted and manages the firm’s legal work and client relations. He currently practices at Revah Law Group, handling federal and state matters in Florida and the District of Columbia.
