About Peter F.
Peter F. Bowen earned his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law. He completed the J.D. program there before beginning his professional career in Virginia. His academic background provided the foundation he used to enter private practice in the state.
After law school Bowen took up work as a lawyer at Bowen, Clements, & Favret PLLC. He has built his practice around serving clients in Virginia. Over time he has handled matters that require both courtroom presence and routine client advising, balancing litigation work with transactional and consultative tasks that arise in day-to-day legal practice.
Bowen is admitted to practice in Virginia and maintains current professional memberships. He participates in the institutional life of the bar through those memberships, attending meetings and engaging with fellow practitioners. That involvement keeps him connected to rules and developments that affect local practice.
Career work at Bowen, Clements, & Favret PLLC has given him steady exposure to the practical demands of representing clients in a variety of settings. He manages case preparation, client interviews, document drafting and court appearances as part of his role. He has worked alongside colleagues at the firm on matters that require coordinated effort between attorneys and support staff.
Outside the routine of casework he has remained engaged with the administrative and procedural side of practice. He handles filings, calendar management, and the preparation needed to present matters to judges and opposing counsel. Those tasks form part of the daily structure of his work.
Today Bowen practices from Bowen, Clements, & Favret PLLC and continues to represent clients throughout Virginia. His current practice focuses on serving clients in Virginia through the firm, handling the range of legal tasks that arise for individuals and businesses in the region.
