About Peter
Peter Dinardi built his legal foundation at West Virginia University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with an accounting concentration in 1977. He returned to the same campus for law school and received his Juris Doctor in 1980.
After law school, Dinardi moved into practice in the Appalachian region. In 1985 he joined both the West Virginia and Pennsylvania bars and became active in the Trial Lawyers Association. That year marked a turning point in his professional affiliations and helped shape the next phases of his career.
Over the following decades Dinardi has practiced across state lines. He worked on cases that required courtroom preparation and trial presence. His membership in trial-focused professional groups reflects that aspect of his practice. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and straightforward in negotiation.
Dinardi has maintained ties to professional associations throughout his career. He remains a current member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Pennsylvania State Bar, and the Trial Lawyers Association. He has attended association meetings and contributed to continuing legal education offered through those organizations.
His work spans civil litigation and courtroom representation in both states. He has handled matters that required coordination between Pennsylvania and West Virginia procedures and courts. That dual-jurisdiction experience shapes how he approaches case strategy and client counseling.
Today Dinardi continues to practice law in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He focuses his practice on litigation and trial work in state courts, handling matters that arise across the two jurisdictions.
