About Peter C
Peter C Osman built his academic foundation across the Upper Midwest. He completed studies at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and the University of Wisconsin–Madison before earning his law degree at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Those years of study exposed him to a mix of classroom theory and practical legal training. The path through two major public universities and a state law school gave him a broad view of the legal landscape in the region.
He moved into private practice in Wisconsin and now serves as the owner and a lawyer at Borakove Osman LLC. In that role he manages both the daily demands of running a small firm and the responsibilities of client representation. His work requires balancing client counseling, case preparation and the administrative duties that come with firm ownership. He practices under the laws and rules of Wisconsin, representing individuals and entities whose matters are governed by state law.
