About Pegah

Pegah Rahgozar earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010. She went on to complete a Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Houston in 2012. Those degrees provided a grounding in both the theoretical and practical aspects of law. She emerged from law school prepared to practice in the state where she trained.

After completing her J.D., Rahgozar began practicing in Texas. She is admitted to the Texas bar and has built a practice centered on state-level legal matters. Early in her career she worked on matters that required courtroom presence as well as out-of-court negotiation and client counseling. Over time she has handled a range of procedural tasks that come with running cases from intake to resolution.

Her work covers advising and representing clients on issues governed by Texas law. That has included appearances in state courts and handling transactional and dispute-resolution matters. She maintains current membership in professional organizations and engages with peers in the legal community. Her approach is practical: she evaluates statutory and case law, identifies options for clients, and pursues those avenues that align with client objectives and the requirements of Texas practice.

Rahgozar practices from RAHGOZAR LAW FIRM, PLLC. The firm serves clients within the state and works on matters that require local knowledge of court procedures and statutory nuance. She manages case preparation, filings, and negotiations and communicates regularly with clients about developments and strategy. Her office work includes research, drafting pleadings and agreements, and attending hearings when matters proceed to court.

Colleagues and clients see her as methodical in case preparation and attentive to procedural detail. She continues to participate in professional activities that keep her current with developments in Texas law. She now practices law at RAHGOZAR LAW FIRM, PLLC, handling legal matters arising under Texas law.
