Paula Elaine Meyer is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983 and holds bar number 109622. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Meyer is the founder and principal attorney at Paula E. Meyer & Associates, A Professional Law Corporation, a law firm located in Anaheim, California. She has been practicing law for over 40 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Ms. Meyer earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, in 1983. During her time at UC Hastings, she served as a judicial extern to Justice James H. Hastings of the California Courts of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Three. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Chapman University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Social Work in 1980. She graduated as a Presidential Scholar.
Ms. Meyer concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, business litigation, and civil litigation. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving real estate disputes, construction law, and business law. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Meyer has handled numerous cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange and other counties, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate attorney at a mid-size litigation firm in Orange County for several years.
Ms. Meyer is an active member of the California State Bar Association. She is also a member of the California Lawyers Association and its Real Property Law Section. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a top-rated real estate attorney in Anaheim, California. Ms. Meyer is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
