About Paul P
Paul P Kingsley built a legal foundation at Harvard Law School, earning his J.D. in 1998 after completing a B.A. in economics at the University of Cincinnati in 1994. Those years shaped his intellectual approach. They also set him on a path that moved between private practice and business-oriented legal work.
He entered firm life at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP as an associate in 2001. The role placed him in a large-firm environment early in his career. He spent those years working on matters that exposed him to the operations and expectations of a national firm.
In 2005 Kingsley shifted course and founded The Primestone Group LLC, taking the title of principal. He oversaw the company's early development and day-to-day operations. That entrepreneurial step added management responsibilities to his legal background and broadened the types of problems he handled.
By 2008 he was practicing at Kingsley Law Office PLC. The move brought him back to a law-centered practice in a smaller firm setting. Over time his career has threaded through different settings: big law, a private company he founded, and then his own law office.
Kingsley is licensed to practice in both Arizona and Illinois. That dual admission has allowed him to serve clients across state lines and to understand how different courts and regulatory systems operate. His academic training in economics and law also informs how he approaches questions that touch on business and regulatory concerns.
Colleagues describe Kingsley as methodical and pragmatic in his work. He tends to prioritize clear analysis and practical solutions. He has handled responsibilities that required both legal judgment and business consideration, and he often brings both perspectives to client matters.
Outside of specific case work, Kingsley’s career reflects a pattern of shifting between structures—large firm, private enterprise, and his own practice—each move expanding his view of how legal services are delivered. Clients who seek an adviser familiar with multiple modes of practice will find that background relevant.
He currently practices at Kingsley Law Office PLC, representing clients and handling matters in Arizona and Illinois.
