Paul Martin Ryan is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1976. His license is currently in active status. He has been practicing law for over four decades, serving clients throughout the San Diego metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
Mr. Ryan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1976, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at St. Mary's College, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1967. During his time at Western State, he was recognized for his academic excellence in criminal law.
Mr. Ryan concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law. He represents individuals in matters involving felony and misdemeanor charges, including drug offenses, theft, and assault.
