About Paul
Paul Galsterer began his academic journey at Michigan State University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2004. He stayed in the Midwest long enough to finish his undergraduate studies, then moved to Florida to attend law school. He received his Juris Doctor from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2008.
After law school, Galsterer established his practice in Florida and became licensed to appear in both state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Those admissions shape the contours of his day-to-day work and determine where he conducts litigation and filings.
Galsterer is a member of several professional organizations. He holds current memberships in the Florida State Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has used those affiliations to stay current on procedural developments and local practice rules. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and precise in court filings.
His professional base is Goldman & Daszkal, P.A., where he practices alongside other attorneys in the firm. At the firm he handles matters that proceed through both state and federal channels. He pays particular attention to procedural posture and to managing the timing of filings and hearings. That practical orientation informs how he prepares cases and advises clients on next steps.
Galsterer’s training in psychology informs an interest in fact development and witness preparation. He draws on that background when evaluating testimony and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial. It also guides his approach to client interviews, where he emphasizes clear communication and realistic expectations about timelines and outcomes.
Outside the courtroom, he keeps up with continuing legal education and participates in local bar activities. He practices primarily at Goldman & Daszkal, P.A., and his current work concentrates on matters that arise in Florida state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
