About Paul E.H.
Paul E.H. Rademacher is an attorney who balances courtroom experience with a background in liberal arts. He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2016 after entering the program in 2013. Before law school he studied at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he completed a B.A. in English Language and Literature in 2013 following undergraduate work that began in 2009.
His path into law combined analytical reading and written argument. The degree in English sharpened those skills. At Saint Louis University he completed the coursework and training that led to his law degree in 2016 and prepared him for practice in two neighboring states.
Rademacher is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois. He holds memberships in both state bars and belongs to professional organizations that reflect an interest in courtroom practice. He is a member of The Missouri Bar and the State Bar of Illinois, and he also participates in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
He began his professional practice after law school and now works at Hassakis & Hassakis, P.C. There he has taken on responsibilities typical of firm litigators, including case preparation, discovery, motion practice and courtroom appearances. Colleagues and clients see him handling the daily tasks that move cases forward from intake to trial readiness.
His membership in trial-focused professional groups points to a practice that engages with contested matters. He has handled cases that require attention to evidence, witness preparation and courtroom procedure. He applies the close reading and writing skills from his undergraduate studies to drafting pleadings and briefs, and he uses trial experience to present arguments before judges and juries.
Outside the courtroom he remains active in bar activities and professional development programs in both Illinois and Missouri. He continues to attend seminars and training that relate to trial practice and civil litigation. He is currently a lawyer at Hassakis & Hassakis, P.C., where his practice centers on litigation and trial work, consistent with his involvement in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
