About Patrick
Patrick Griffin built a pathway to law that began in the social sciences. He earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology at the University of Montana in Missoula. He went on to Stetson University College of Law and received his J.D. in 2010. Those academic choices framed a methodical approach to fact gathering and client conversation that he still uses at the office.
After law school Griffin relocated to California to practice. Over time he moved from associate roles into private practice. He is the owner of Griffin Law Office, APC. As owner he balances casework and firm administration. He manages files, works directly with clients and supervises any staff or outside counsel the firm engages.
Griffin’s undergraduate studies shape his work in subtle ways. Psychology and sociology trained him to listen for detail and to consider how circumstances affect people’s decisions. In a legal setting that translates into careful client interviews and a willingness to test assumptions early in a case. He applies that lens when preparing pleadings, evaluating evidence and discussing options with clients.
Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic in day-to-day practice. He approaches tasks in a straightforward manner. He scales his responses to the needs of each matter rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions. That temperament informs how he structures client communications, organizes discovery and sets priorities when deadlines loom.
Griffin remains engaged in private practice through his firm. He continues to serve clients from the firm’s office in California and handles intake, strategy and case management there. He now practices law in California through Griffin Law Office, APC.
