About Patrick

Patrick Cremeens built his legal foundation at Eastern Kentucky University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Political Science in 2002. He completed his legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2003. Those years shaped a practice rooted in courtroom procedure and public law theory.

He began practicing after law school and soon moved to run his own practice. In 2009 he became the managing lawyer at The Law Office of Patrick J. Cremeens, P.L. That role put him in charge of the firm’s day-to-day operations and client-facing litigation work. Managing a small firm required a mix of casework, client advising and administrative oversight.

Cremeens is licensed to practice in Florida and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He works regularly in state courts and occasionally in federal court, handling filings, hearings and trials as required by each matter. His courtroom appearances reflect steady engagement with the procedural demands of civil litigation.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing files and clear in explaining options to clients. His academic background in political science informs how he approaches statutory interpretation and administrative issues. He tends to break complex legal questions into discrete steps for judges and juries.

The office he manages handles a range of matters that bring clients through the courtroom doors. Over time his practice has balanced litigation and client counseling. Day-to-day work includes drafting pleadings, arguing motions, negotiating settlements and guiding clients through procedural milestones.

Outside the courtroom, he has maintained ties to legal education through continuing legal education courses and local bar events. That involvement helps him stay current on procedural rules and recent case law developments. It also keeps him connected to the professional community in Florida.

He operates from The Law Office of Patrick J. Cremeens, P.L., overseeing cases and managing staff. He continues to serve clients in matters that require representation in Florida state courts and in the Middle District of Florida. His current practice concentrates on matters before the Florida courts and the Middle District of Florida.
