Patrick Brian Embrey is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Embrey is a partner at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc., a law firm located in Newport Beach, California. He practices law in the jurisdictions of California, the Central and Southern Federal District Courts for California, and the Supreme Court of California.
Mr. Embrey earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 2001, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, obtained in 1995. During his time at Whittier, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and was named to the Dean’s List. Additionally, he published an article titled "Limitation of Defect & Related Emotional Distress Damages in California Construction Defect Lawsuits" in the 23rd volume of the Whittier Law Review in 2001.
Mr. Embrey's practice areas include product liability, consumer protection, personal injury, and environmental protection. He represents clients in cases involving defective products, road design, and commercial transportation accidents. His work encompasses all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

He has been practicing law for over 22 years, serving clients throughout California.
