About Patricia
Patricia Warnock earned her law degree from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2016. She completed a traditional course of study there and left law school prepared to practice in Nevada. Her legal education provided exposure to courtroom procedure, client counseling and the substantive rules that govern family law in the state.
After law school, Warnock entered the Nevada legal community. She is authorized to practice in Nevada and has built a civil practice centered on family matters. Over the years she has balanced courtroom appearances with negotiations and client advisement. She tends to work directly with clients, guiding them through the procedural and emotional elements of family disputes.
Warnock is active in local professional networks. She maintains current membership in the Southern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, a group that connects women attorneys across practice areas in the region. That affiliation informs her view of practice norms in southern Nevada and provides ongoing access to CLE programs and peer resources.
Her day-to-day work takes place at Warnock Family Law. She maintains offices that serve clients across Nevada. The firm handles intake, case preparation, and representation at hearings. Warnock’s practice involves drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements and representing clients in contested proceedings when necessary. She uses what she learned in law school and the experience she has gained to structure cases pragmatically and to manage deadlines and filings.
Clients often seek counsel in personal, legally complex settings. Warnock’s role is to translate legal rules into practical steps. She explains options, outlines likely timelines and prepares clients for the decisions they will face. That combination of explanation and procedure is a consistent part of her approach.
She also contributes to the local bar culture through association participation and by maintaining connections with other family law practitioners in the area. Those relationships help with case referrals and with staying current on local court practices and procedural changes.
Warnock continues to practice in Nevada, offering representation through Warnock Family Law. She currently practices family law at Warnock Family Law.
