Pascal Anthony Anastasi is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986 and holds bar number 124350. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Anastasi is the principal attorney at Anastasi Law Firm, a law firm with offices in Campbell and Capitola, California. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties.
Mr. Anastasi earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in 1985. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Chico, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics in 1981. During his time at McGeorge, he was taught Constitutional Law by Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, who later became Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Anastasi concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and estate planning. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business formation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership disputes. His estate planning services include the creation of trusts, wills, and health care directives. His practice encompasses all stages of legal work, including initial case evaluation, negotiations, and drafting of legal documents.
Throughout his career, Mr. Anastasi has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Courts of California for Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at Anastasi & Nielsen in San Jose, California, from 1986 to 1997. Additionally, he served as Vice President of FSSCO, Inc. in San Jose from 2002 to 2007, where he was responsible for managing sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and operations teams.
Mr. Anastasi is an active member of the California State Bar. He has been involved in community service as a director and past president of the Campbell Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2018 and as a director and past president of the Capitola Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to 2013. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties effectively.
