Daniel Laurence Casas is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1984. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Casas earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1984, where he focused on real estate and taxation and participated in Moot Court. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Fresno, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1981. During his time at Fresno State, he graduated cum laude.

Mr. Casas concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, business law, and real property law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving property transactions, corporate governance, and land use. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including negotiations, litigation, and trials in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Casas has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for various counties, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Tax Court. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Casas Riley Simonian LLP, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in San Jose for five years.

Mr. Casas is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. He is also a certified mediator through the California Dispute Resolution Council. Mr. Casas is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of California effectively.
