About Owen
Owen McGrann built his legal foundation in western Pennsylvania and the Northeast. He earned a B.A. in philosophy and English from Denison University in 2003, then completed an M.A. in English at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2005. He finished law school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2009.
His first post-law school role was a clerkship for the Hon. R. Stanton Wettick, Jr. in 2009. That experience introduced him to the workings of the courtroom and the practical demands of judging. He moved into private practice the following year, joining Tucker Arensberg as an associate in 2010. In 2016 he joined Lewis Brisbois, where he continued to expand his practice responsibilities. In 2019 he took on a leadership role at McGrannLAW LLC as a managing member, moving from associate-level work into firm management and client oversight.

He has handled the kinds of legal tasks common to law firm life: drafting motions and agreements, conducting factual and legal research, advising clients, and preparing matters for court. He has also taken on administrative and business responsibilities tied to running a small firm, including supervision and client intake.
McGrann is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. His career path shows steady movement from courtroom support to associate responsibilities and then to leadership at his own firm.
