About Omar
Omar Darwich arrived at law after a study of the life sciences. He earned a B.S. in Biology from Kent State University in 2010 and later returned to school for law, receiving his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2020. That mix of scientific training and legal education shaped an analytical approach to cases and research.
He started gaining courtroom and office experience while still in law school. In 2020 he worked as a law clerk at Scanlon & Elliott. The following year he held several clerk positions, including at Keener & Associates and The Owings Law Office. Those roles exposed him to a range of practice settings and case types, and they preceded his early move into practice management.
In 2021 he took on multiple roles in the legal field, including a position with Silver Lining Divorce and the title of Managing Lawyer at The Darwich Law Office, LLC. He established his own office structure and assumed responsibility for firm operations while handling client matters. His work since then has mixed client counseling, procedural drafting, and courtroom preparation.
Darwich is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Texas. He also holds an Ohio notary commission issued by the Ohio Secretary of State. He maintains membership in the Texas Bar Association and stays engaged with the bar’s continuing education offerings and local professional events.
Colleagues describe his practice style as direct and detail-oriented. He tends to break complex issues into clear, manageable steps. That habit likely traces back to his scientific undergraduate training and the demanding rhythm of clerking in several small and mid-size practices. He manages the administrative duties of his firm while remaining involved in client matters.
Today he heads The Darwich Law Office, LLC where he represents clients across state lines and handles matters that include divorce and related family law issues. He currently focuses his practice on divorce and family law matters at The Darwich Law Office, LLC.
