About Odelia
Odelia Goldberg earned her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Her legal education at Pace prepared her for practice in multiple jurisdictions and gave her a grounding in both doctrinal and practical aspects of the law. She moved from law school into the professional ranks equipped to advise clients across a range of matters.
She is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. Those dual admissions shape how she approaches cases and client needs. Managing practice across state lines requires attention to differing court procedures and statutes. Goldberg has built her practice around that reality, balancing local rules and broader legal principles.
Over the course of her career she has worked inside and outside of private practice. That mix informed her view of client service and case management. She places emphasis on careful preparation, clear communication and practical problem solving. Colleagues describe her as thorough in her legal research and methodical in assembling cases, traits that clients find useful in navigating disputes and transactions.
Her work includes counseling clients, handling filings and responding to procedural demands in state and federal contexts where admissible. She appears before tribunals in jurisdictions where she is licensed and coordinates matters that cross state lines. In addition to courtroom work, she spends considerable time advising clients on legal strategy, drafting pleadings and negotiating resolutions where appropriate.
Goldberg founded and operates The Law Offices of Odelia Goldberg. The firm handles matters for individuals and entities, and its caseload reflects the diversity of issues that arise in New York and Florida. Running a small firm has given her direct oversight of client matters, staffing and case priorities. That structure allows for hands-on involvement from intake through resolution.
Outside of the office she maintains professional contacts within the legal community and keeps current on changes in law and procedure through continuing education and association activity. Her background in two state systems informs how she prepares a case and advises clients about jurisdictional implications.
She practices through The Law Offices of Odelia Goldberg and concentrates her practice on serving clients in New York and Florida.
