About Noel Christian
Noel Christian Pace built a layered educational foundation before moving into health care law and executive roles. He earned a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015, concentrating in health care law. He also holds an M.S. in National Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College (2015) and an M.H.A. in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University (2001).
Pace moved into legal practice after completing his law degree. In 2018 he worked as a lawyer at Chapman Law Group, where he handled matters tied to health care providers and regulatory compliance. The following year he became general counsel at Therapies 4 Kids, Inc., assuming broader responsibilities for corporate legal work and operational compliance in a provider setting.
His career runs on two parallel tracks: civilian legal practice and military service. In 2020 he served as brigade commander of the 176th Medical Brigade and took an active role in COVID-19 response efforts. That command experience added operational and crisis-management responsibilities to his legal and administrative background.
In 2021 Pace joined Earlens Corporation as vice president and general counsel. In that corporate role he has overseen legal strategy, regulatory engagement, contracting and internal compliance programs. His work sits at the intersection of health care regulation and commercial operations in a company that develops medical devices and related services.
Pace is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Florida, the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He holds board certification in healthcare management from the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a Fellow of that organization (FACHE). He has been active in law and health care circles; since 2013 he has served as vice chair of the Fraud & Compliance Group of the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section. His profile reflects both clinical-adjacent administration and legal practice, which informs how he approaches regulatory risk, contracts, and internal governance.
Colleagues and clients see him as someone who blends operational insight with legal training. He has practical experience drafting and negotiating provider and vendor agreements, guiding compliance programs, and advising on regulatory matters that affect health care delivery and medical technology companies. He also brings experience in leading teams during public-health emergencies and large-scale medical operations.
He currently serves as VP & General Counsel at Earlens Corporation, and his practice focuses on health care regulatory and corporate matters.
