About Noam
Noam Greenspan attended Brown University before earning his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. His academic background combined a broad liberal arts foundation with formal legal training. At law school he concentrated on courses that prepared him for litigation and appellate work, and he left with a record of rigorous legal writing and classroom advocacy.
After law school Greenspan built a practice centered on courtroom litigation and appellate advocacy. He is admitted to the New York bar and holds admissions in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Those credentials have shaped the kinds of matters he brings before judges and panels of appeals courts.
Greenspan is a partner at Talkin, Muccigrosso & Roberts LLP. In that role he has handled a range of contested matters in both federal and state venues. He prepares trial pleadings and appellate briefs, appears in court, and manages the procedural and strategic demands that come with complex litigation. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and clear in oral presentation.
His work often moves between the trial level and the appellate stage. He has taken cases through the U.S. District Courts in New York and argued procedural and substantive issues at the Second Circuit. That combination of trial and appellate exposure influences how he frames legal questions and develops record-based arguments for judges.
Within his firm Greenspan also supervises teams and coordinates with co-counsel on multi‑party matters. He participates in case planning from initial pleadings through dispositive motions and, when necessary, post-judgment proceedings. His practice requires close attention to court rules and tight written advocacy to preserve issues for appeal.
Outside the courtroom he remains engaged in the finer points of legal research and brief writing. He has built a practice attentive to procedural detail and to the persuasive presentation of legal arguments. Noam Greenspan currently maintains an active litigation and appellate practice at Talkin, Muccigrosso & Roberts LLP.
