About Niki Blumentritt

Niki Blumentritt Pierce built a steady legal path from college classrooms to firm leadership. She earned a J.D. from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2011 after completing undergraduate studies at Auburn University in political science and Spanish. Her academic background gave her both a grounding in legal reasoning and an ability to work across language lines.

After law school she became a member of the Alabama State Bar in 2011 and has practiced in the state since. That year marked the beginning of her professional license and the start of a local legal career that unfolded in southeast Alabama. Over the next several years she continued to develop her courtroom experience and client work while remaining active within the bar.

Pierce joined Dothan Law Group, LLC and rose through the firm’s ranks. In 2018 she was named a partner. Her role includes overseeing client matters, mentoring junior attorneys and helping manage firm operations. Colleagues describe her as steady and attentive. She balances case work with the administrative responsibilities that come with partnership.

Her undergraduate study of Spanish informs daily practice. She is able to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and to understand cultural nuances that can affect a case. That facility is practical in a region where clear communication can be decisive.

Throughout her career Pierce has practiced in Alabama courts and handled matters tied to state law. She keeps current on local rules and procedures, and she works with clients whose needs require knowledge of Alabama’s legal landscape. Her professional life remains connected to the state bar and to the communities she serves.

Outside the office she has kept ties to legal networks in Alabama. Her membership in the Alabama State Bar, maintained since 2011, anchors her in the profession’s local governance and continuing legal education programs. The combination of classroom training, bilingual ability and firm leadership shapes how she approaches cases and counsels clients.

She is a partner at Dothan Law Group, LLC and maintains an active Alabama practice. Her current practice concentrates on matters in Alabama state courts.
