About Nik

Nik Zitev earned his Bachelor of Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania before completing a Juris Doctor at Villanova University School of Law. He studied law in a setting known for practical training and returned to Pennsylvania to begin his legal career.

After law school he entered practice in the commonwealth. He joined High Swartz LLP as a lawyer in 2018 and has worked from that firm’s offices since. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and represents clients under state law.

Colleagues describe Zitev as steady and straightforward in his work. He spends time both meeting with clients and preparing documents behind the scenes. His daily work includes counseling, legal drafting, and the procedural tasks that underpin client matters. He balances client-facing duties with the research and preparation that build a case or a transaction.

Zitev’s path through Kutztown and Villanova shaped his practical approach. He came to law school after an undergraduate program that emphasized analytical thinking. At Villanova he encountered clinical and classroom experiences that prepared him for firm practice. Those years translated into the routine of firm life and the judgment calls lawyers must make for their clients.

At High Swartz LLP he has been part of a team that handles a range of matters for individuals and businesses in Pennsylvania. His role has involved coordinating with other lawyers, working with clients to define objectives, and seeing matters through the necessary procedural and substantive steps. He has worked on files from inception to closure and on tasks that support trial preparation and negotiation.

Outside the file work, Zitev maintains professional memberships and keeps up with continuing legal education. He fits the profile of a lawyer who values the day-to-day work of resolving client issues and advising on legal options. He practices from High Swartz LLP’s offices and currently concentrates his practice on representing clients in matters arising under Pennsylvania law.
