About Nick
Nick Stevens built his legal foundation in Tennessee. He grew up academically inclined and moved steadily through the state’s schools before entering the bar. His path to practice has been steady and local.
He earned a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2006 and completed his Juris Doctor at Nashville School of Law in 2011. Those years framed his understanding of Tennessee law and set the stage for a career spent practicing inside the state’s courts and legal institutions.
After law school he entered private practice and, by 2014, was working at Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC. He has remained at the firm since then, developing the practical skills needed for day-to-day client work and court appearances. Colleagues describe him as someone who prefers direct communication and straightforward legal counseling.
Stevens is active in the local bar community. He holds memberships in the Chattanooga Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. He participates in association meetings and regional events that bring lawyers together to discuss practice issues and local court developments.
In the courtroom and at the conference table he handles a variety of matters that arise in Tennessee. He represents clients in state courts and provides counsel on procedural and substantive aspects of cases that come before him. His work involves drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings, and advising clients on options available under state law.
He continues to practice at Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC and maintains his license to practice in Tennessee. He now practices law at Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC and handles legal matters throughout Tennessee.
