About Nicholas John

Nicholas John Saranto earned his J.D. from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2016. He completed his legal education in Houston and moved into practice in Texas soon after. The law school is known for training attorneys who go on to practice across the state, and Saranto joined their ranks in the mid-2010s.

He is licensed to practice in Texas and has worked in the state since completing law school. Early on he gained experience handling the day-to-day demands of a practicing attorney. That work included court appearances, client meetings and the routine drafting that keeps cases and transactions moving forward.

In 2018 he established Saranto Law and took the title of owner and practitioner. He built the firm to serve clients directly rather than joining a larger firm. Running his own practice required moving between roles: advocate, counselor, manager and business owner. The transition to firm leadership came quickly after his first years in practice.

His day-to-day work involves representing clients in Texas and managing the legal and administrative tasks a small firm requires. He handles case intake, prepares filings, responds to opposing counsel and appears where matters require. The practice model is hands-on. Clients who work with him deal with him directly rather than through layers of staff.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in his case preparation and clear in his courtroom presentation. He favors direct communication and practical solutions. He has sought to keep the firm adaptable to changing client needs and evolving procedural requirements in Texas courts.

Outside of the office, he has remained connected to the legal community in Texas. He follows changes in state law and court rules that affect how cases are managed and tries to apply that information to client matters. That attention to the procedural side of practice helps when deadlines and filings become critical to a client’s position.

As of 2026 he practices through Saranto Law and continues to represent clients across Texas. His current practice focuses on providing legal services to individuals and businesses throughout the state.
