About Nicholas J.B.
Nicholas J.B. Pasquale built a legal foundation in political science and law. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2005. He went on to receive his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008. Those years set the stage for a career that has remained anchored in Wisconsin practice.
He began gaining courtroom and office experience early. While still in law school he worked as a legal intern at Kaehne Law Group in 2006. After graduation he joined that firm as an attorney in 2008. By 2010 his name appeared on the firm roster at Kaehne, Cottle, Pasquale & Associates, S.C., where he continued to handle client matters and courtroom work. The path from associate to an established presence in regional practice took place steadily over more than a decade.
Pasquale’s involvement in professional groups tracks closely with his casework. He has been a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Family Law Section and the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin since 2010. He also holds memberships in the Outagamie County and Sheboygan County bar associations. At the state level he served on committees that address public image and education, and he was briefly on the board of the Wisconsin State Bar Young Lawyers Division in 2014. For a time he was affiliated with the American Bar Association from 2008 to 2011. These engagements reflect a long-standing connection to local and state bar activities.
In recent years his practice shifted into new firm arrangements. He was listed with Stillings, Buchinger & Swardenski in 2022. In 2023 he appeared as counsel at Stillings, Pasquale and Swardenski LLC. He maintains an office in the Fox Cities in Neenah, where clients come for consultations and hearings. Colleagues and clients see him frequently in family court settings and in negotiated resolutions that rely on collaborative processes.
Pasquale continues to handle family law matters in Wisconsin, drawing on courtroom experience and collaborative practice options to address client needs. He practices from the Fox Cities office in Neenah and continues his involvement in local and state bar activities, concentrating his work on family law and related matters.
