About Nichol M.
Nichol M. Broshous earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2010. She completed her legal education during a period of significant change in the profession and entered practice soon after. The law school credential established the foundation for a steady course through several Illinois firms.
Her early years in practice included an associate position at James M. Chesloe, LTD. in 2015. Two years later she joined Anderson & Boback, LLC., where she spent time expanding her courtroom and office experience. In 2019 she moved to Anderson and Associates, P.C., and in 2020 she began working at Blacha Law Office, LLC as an associate lawyer. Those moves trace a pattern of successive associate roles across small and mid-sized practices in the state.
Across those positions she maintained active membership in the Illinois State Bar. That affiliation has been a constant as she has handled the day-to-day responsibilities commonly assigned to associates: client intake, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and participation in hearings. Colleagues describe her as methodical on filings and steady in preparation. She has practiced under Illinois rules and procedures throughout her career.
Her background shows a lawyer who has built practical skills through repeated associate roles rather than through a single long-term partnership. That experience has exposed her to varied office systems and client needs. It has also meant frequent adjustments to new case management platforms and firm cultures. Those transitions require attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Outside of firm work, Broshous has remained connected to the bar through ongoing membership and by staying current on state developments that affect practice. She has not been publicly identified with academic posts or bar leadership roles. She has focused her professional energy on client representation within the Illinois jurisdiction and on the procedural and substantive work that supports it.
She currently practices at Blacha Law Office, LLC, representing clients in matters arising under Illinois law.
