About Neil

Neil Fridman blends legal training and business education in a practice rooted in New York. He holds a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he studied business law and completed his degree in 2008. He also earned an MBA in finance from St. John’s University in 2009. Earlier, he attended the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, receiving a Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in political science and psychology in 2004.

Fridman moved from academic study into practice with an eye toward the intersection of law and business. He is a member of the State Bar of New York and has practiced under that jurisdiction. In 2019 he took on the role of managing partner at Fridman Law Office PLLC, a position he holds today. That role signaled a shift from working within larger teams to leading a firm where strategic decisions are handled by a small leadership group.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in approach. He balances casework, client counseling and firm management. His combined legal and graduate business training informs how he evaluates commercial problems and structures transactions. He often draws on both legal doctrine and financial concepts when advising clients, especially on matters that involve corporate organization, contracts and risk allocation.

Fridman’s practice history has been centered in New York courts and regulatory contexts. He works with individuals and companies that require hands-on legal guidance coupled with an understanding of financial implications. Cases and matters handled at his firm range from transactional work to dispute resolution. He pays attention to procedural detail and to practical outcomes that align with a client’s business needs.

Outside of the office he stays connected to professional networks in the state. Membership in the State Bar of New York remains a steady point of contact with developments in law and court practice. He keeps up with changes in business law and finance through continuing education and practical experience on active matters.

Fridman manages the day-to-day operations of his firm while continuing to serve clients directly. His background in business law and finance informs his judgment and tactics. He currently practices at Fridman Law Office PLLC, concentrating on legal matters arising under New York law.
