About Nathaniel

Nathaniel Conti built his academic foundation at Cornell University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations in 2009. He remained engaged with the study of workplace systems and labor policy before shifting to formal legal training. He earned his Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law in 2016, a year that marked his transition from student to practicing attorney.

His move into the profession came quickly after law school. In 2016 he joined Bernard Stuczynski Barnett & Lager as a lawyer. He has practiced in Pennsylvania since that time and developed a practice grounded in the procedural and statutory landscape of the state. Early on he handled matters that required attention to local court rules, client communication, and the everyday demands of a working law practice.

Collegiate studies in industrial and labor relations inform how he approaches problems. That background gives him a perspective on employer–employee interactions and organizational policy that he applies in client work when relevant. His legal training at Dickinson Law provided classroom instruction in core subjects and practical exposure to trial advocacy and legal research. Those combined experiences shaped his approach to practical problem solving for clients.

Conti is active in the local legal community. He has held membership in the Erie County Bar Association since 2016 and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Those memberships have kept him connected to developments in state law and to professional peers across practice areas. He practices out of offices in Erie and Smethport, which anchors his work in the northwestern region of the state and positions him close to the courts and agencies where his clients’ matters arise.

He is known to colleagues as a steady presence in firm matters and a lawyer who handles routine and complex tasks alike. He manages client communications, participates in case preparation, and appears in proceedings when required. He currently practices law from offices in Erie and Smethport, representing clients in matters that arise under Pennsylvania law.
