About Nathan
Nathan Roop graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law in 2009. He completed his Juris Doctor at a time when the legal market was changing rapidly. He returned to practice in Arkansas, where he has spent his legal career. He remains connected to the state’s courts and legal community.
He is admitted to practice in Arkansas and has handled a range of matters for clients across the state. Early years in practice were concentrated on gaining courtroom experience and building client relationships. Over time his work expanded to include counseling clients on the practical implications of legal decisions as well as representation in hearings and negotiations.
Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic. He favors clear explanations over legal jargon. He prepares cases methodically and stresses attention to detail. When a case requires a courtroom appearance, he is comfortable in that setting. He also spends time advising clients on options outside of litigation when those routes better serve their interests.
His professional path led to the establishment of The Roop Law Office. He maintains the practice as a place where individuals and local businesses can seek legal help. The office handles intake, case management, and client consultation under his supervision. He places emphasis on responsive client communication and on setting realistic expectations about process and timing.
Outside of casework he has kept up on changes in state law and court procedures relevant to his clients. He follows developments that affect how cases move through Arkansas courts. That attention informs how he prepares pleadings and counsel clients on next steps.
As of 2026 he continues to work from The Roop Law Office and serves clients throughout Arkansas. He currently practices at The Roop Law Office, providing legal services to clients in Arkansas.
